The Project Properties are set in the Edit Properties menu described in Section 5.3.1
To create a book you only need to press the green Create Book tab
Once a Library is selected and the new book created there, it cannot be moved.
After the book has been created the Project Page looks like the image on the left below and if you press the Textbook Link you will see the new book you created. It has the required Front Page, (Title, open license statement, Table of Contents and summary CC licensing for the book) and Back Matter (Index, Glossary and Detailed Licensing). Should these be deleted or damaged an Administrator can rebuild them for you. The First Chapter has no content and is simply a place holder before Remixing.
Any references to templates and article type tags at the top of the page (such as
"Tags recommended by the template") determine how the page is stored on the site. If you see these lines do not remove them.The Table of Contents, Index and Glossary are created each time those pages are accessed using templates. Do not remove the them.

An extra space has been inserted in the template statement to prevent it from working on this page
Chapters will have a template { {template.ShowOrg()}} which builds the table of contents for that chapter
