    8:15-8:45 am – Welcome to LibreFest (Brent Krueger) 

    8:45-9:45 am – The Evolution of the Textbook (Justin Shorb)

    9:45-10:00 am – Break

    10:00-11:00 am – LibreTexts 101  (Delmar Larsen)

    11:00 am-12:00 pm –  Participants share what they hope to accomplish this week

    12:00-1:00 pm – Lunch (catered in)

    1:00-2:00 pm – How to do Remixing (Deborah Bowles) 

    2:00-4:00 pm – Remixing work time

    4:00-4:15 pm – Expectations for the next day

    4:15 - 6:00 pm – Independent work time if desired

    6:00 pm – Dinner at Boatwerks

    Evening: Beach trip with ice cream after dinner

    Homework: Prepare a 2-3 min presentation on the project you are working on this week. You will present this to your peers in small groups at the beginning of the workshop on Tues.

     

    Tuesday June 28: Day 2 -- Editing & Advanced Editing

    8:00-8:30 am -- Coffee & Breakfast

    8:30-8:45 am – Welcome to Day 2/Recap Day 1 and Day 2 preview (Brent Krueger)

    8:45-10:15 am -- Discussion/Presentation - attendees present 

    10:15-10:30 am – Break

    10:30-11:30 am - Licensing Discussion (Delmar Larsen)

    11:30 - 12:00 pm – From Individual to Institutional (Michael Smith)

    12:00 - 1:00 pm – Lunch (catered in)

    1:00-2:00 pm – Introduction to Page Layouts, Structure, and Accessibility (Tom Neils)

    2:00-4:00 pm – Page editing work time

    4:00-4:15 pm – Expectations for the next day

    4:15 - 6:00 pm – Independent work time if desired

    6:00 pm – Dinner at New Holland Brewing

    Homework: Prepare a 2-3 min presentation about your page. You will show this to your peers in a breakout room at the beginning of the workshop on Weds.

    5:00 – Meeting closing thoughts, reminder of further resources for using LibreTexts
