Secondary Allylic Radical

If in the more stable of the two resonance forms of an allylic radical the unpaired electron is on a secondary carbon, the allylic radical is called a secondary (2°) allylic radical; if in both resonance forms the unpaired electron is on a secondary carbon, it also is a secondary allylic radical.
