The free tier alows you to have 500 MB of storage, which should be more than adequate for the kind of programming we will do in the IOT class. Although most of our course work will be done in Thonny, you should get an account with Replit as you can then do programming assignments on any computer. For example, you can not install software on computers at the library, and so can not use Thonny there, but you can use Replit there.
