The Project Properties are set in the Edit Properties menu described in Section 5.3.1
To create a book you only need to press the green Create Book tab
Once a Library is selected and the new book created there, it cannot be moved.
and after the book has been created the Project Page looks like the image on the left and if you invoke the Textbook link you will be taken to the book that you have created.
The next step is to use the Remixer to build out the book. This is described in the next Chapter.
