Acid Strength

( \newcommand{\kernel}{\mathrm{null}\,}\)

Acid strength of a species is its ability to donate H+ to another species (see, Brønsted-Lowry theory). The greater the ability of a species to donate H+ to another species, the greater its acid strength. Acid strength of a species is measured as acid dissociation constant.
