Platformers are kind of a big deal. They were big a long time ago, and they're still pretty big in the gaming world. Many "classic" video games are platformers, and many newer hit games are platformers, too. They're big business, and they're everywhere!
But what are they?
For this assignment, I'd like you to do a little digging on the internet. You're going to need to find out what Platformers are, give some examples of platform games, and post it all up in the discussion board.
