Albert Bandura is a psychologist who is best known for his work with social learning. Bandura believes much of our behavior is acquired by observational learning—learning from what you see in your environment. In this lesson you will read about learning from a cognitive perspective and a social perspective. Do the "habits" you have come from you or from your environment?
