Genre Exploration

Our first step in this session will be to figure out exactly what a “reflective presentation” is all about.

On the next four pages you’ll find four excellent examples of reflective presentations. Your goal will be to learn from each one something new about the genre and to begin thinking about the kind of reflective presentation you might like to complete for this unit.

As you watch the examples, you should complete the Genre Exploration Activity that you’ll find attached at the bottom of this page. The complete activity will probably take you a an hour or two but it will be worth it as you get to know this genre. I hope you'll also find yourself inspired by these amazing stories.

Each cell in the below document should have at least one (preferably 3-4) sentences thoroughly reflecting on the topic in order to earn full credit.
