Seedless vascular plants include club mosses and ferns. A vascular system allows these plants to grow higher off the ground than the nonvascular plants, and they still rely on free-standing water for reproduction.
Club mosses look like mosses, but they have roots, stems, and leaves. Ferns look like "normal" plants, they have leaves, and can sometimes be quite tall.
