Energy in Ecosystems

  • All life requires a source of energy, and life in an ecosystem is no different.

    Producers provide energy for other organisms in an ecosystem. Think back to the work you did earlier in the semester on photosynthesis and cellular respiration, and you should remember that plants are producers.
