Scalemic Mixture

Scalemic mixture is a mixture of enantiomers at a ratio other than 1:1.
eg: Lactic acid exists as a pair of enantiomers, (R)-lactic acid and (S)-lactic acid.
A mixture of (R)-lactic acid and (S)-lactic acid at, say, 2:3 ratio is a scalemic mixture of lactic acid.
