The conditional form is similar to the future tense. It starts with the infinitive and you just add the conditional ending. It has the same list of irregular verbs as well.
I would pass/spend time with my friends (if I had the time...if they were here...etc.) = Yo pasaría tiempo con mis amigos

Be careful with accent marks! They are very important when communicating the future.
There are several verbs that use a different form for the stem, but they all use the same endings.
caber → cabr-
decir → dir-
haber → habr-
hacer → har-
poder → podr-
poner → pondr-
querer → querr-
saber → sabr-
salir → saldr-
tener → tendr-
valer → valdr-
venir → vendr-
