La entrevista y la biografía

Last week we started thinking about what language structures are needed to complete the Biography Project. What kinds of questions do we ask? What grammar do we need to ask those questions? This week we continue thinking about the Biography by looking more in depth at the past tenses. This is all to prepare for writing and submitting your final Biography next week.

This week's learning outcomes are:

Communicative outcomes

• Present biographical information about a Spanish-speaking immigrant.
• Discuss cultural origins.

Structural outcomes

• Narrate in the past using preterit, imperfect and present perfect tenses.
• Identify syllables and use proper accentuation in writing.
