Start with a baby and work your way up to fifth grade. It can look like a series of paragraphs or a bulleted list for each age/grade.

Be creative in your presentation! A proficient score will have speech (and, later, writing) milestones at each age from 3 mos. to 5th grade.

Advanced will have a section about how language acquisition can be delayed or interrupted (through diseases or trauma) during some of these stages.
