Even the best writer can benefit from online writing tools.

The first amazing tool called the "Writing Reviser" checks for grammar and style errors and helps you rethink your organization.

Visit SAS Curriculum Pathway’s Writing Reviser linked here and below.  You’ll need to copy and paste the complete text of your paper into the site and then use the categories on the left  (as shown in the image on the left) to move through each of the website’s suggestions.  It’ll identify everything from misspelled words to misplaced modifiers.  If you spend some time with this tool, it will dramatically improve the quality of your paper.

The username you should use for the site is talk7section.  There is no password required.  Click on the link on the left to watch the tutorial. It demonstrations of how to use the tool.

A second worthwhile tool is Grammarly. You can use the free version as a Chrome add-on without paying for the full suite of premium tools. Even though you may probably know the rules of standard English conventions and syntax, you've probably looked at your paper so much, by this point, that you can easily overlook an error that Grammarly will catch. Use the tool to help you proofread.
